keizersgracht 602, amsterdam
my home away from home

we finally finished [well almost] decorating the house!! it was quite a challenge to do it without buying any new furniture but it turned out just right. i sometimes have this feeling that i wish i was born in a different time period [preferably the 60s] and thats probably why i feel right at home here, just as i hope everyone else will when we host diners+parties!

almost forgot..
blouse, acne - shorts, levi's - slippers, birkenstock - watch, rolex

I am the product of my surroundings. I once wrote that I wanted to show the world the way I see it, only I forgot to mention the people who shape what I see. By people, I only mean a few. And one of those just left my world. My Juddo.

this past summer my parents finally bought a house in Lebanon! and… they asked me to help them furnish it. a dream come true of course. so I wandered down into my grandparent’s basement where I found all sorts of beautiful furniture they had categorized as ‘old but we have to keep it because it reminds us of the old days’. this ‘old’ record player/radio is one of the gems I stumbled upon.
